PRODUCT TERMS OF PURCHASE

PRODUCT SCHEDULE
1. Seller and contact
Seller: Relational Life Institute, Inc. (“RLI,” “we,” “us” or “our”). These terms apply to Workshop purchases made through RLI’s checkout.

2. Workshop and included access
Don’t Leave It – Reinvent It (the “Workshop”) is a three-hour live online educational workshop with Terry Real and Dr. Mindy Pelz, addressing midlife changes and relationships. It includes practical relationship skills, an interactive complaint-to-request exercise and audience Q&A.
Your purchase includes the live Workshop and lifetime access to its replay through RLI’s learning platform.
3. Delivery schedule
Workshop date: Oct 27, 2026. Platform: Zoom Webinar. Time: 12:00–3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). RLI will provide joining instructions to the email address used for registration.
4. Price and payment
The Workshop costs $47 USD, payable in full at purchase.
5. Refunds
You may request a refund of the Workshop price by emailing support@terryreal.com up to 48 hours after the Workshop. Include the name and email address used for your purchase.
Your rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
6. Lifetime replay access
Lifetime replay access is included.
7. Transfers, cancellation and rescheduling
Transfers and deferrals are not available. If RLI cancels or materially postpones the Workshop, you may choose to attend on a replacement date or receive a refund of the Workshop price. Any rights required by law remain unaffected.
GENERAL TERMS
1. Agreement and eligibility
By selecting the purchase-acceptance checkbox, you agree to these Product Terms of Purchase. You must be at least 18 years old. If you purchase for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. General purchase acceptance does not authorize identifiable participant recording or marketing communications.
2. Payment and account responsibilities
You authorize RLI and its payment processor to charge the Workshop price to your chosen payment method. Supply accurate registration details and keep your account credentials secure. If payment fails, RLI may request an updated payment method and suspend access until payment is received, subject to applicable law.
Please contact support@terryreal.com about payment concerns. This request does not limit any lawful right to dispute a charge.
3. Live attendance and technology
You are responsible for joining on time and using compatible equipment and a reliable internet connection. RLI will use reasonable efforts to address a material failure of technology it controls. Any remedy required by law remains available.
4. Conduct and confidentiality
Participate respectfully, follow reasonable facilitator instructions and protect other participants’ privacy. Do not disclose information identifying a client or another person, or share another participant’s disclosures outside the Workshop. RLI cannot guarantee that every participant will comply.
RLI may mute, restrict or remove participants for disruptive, unsafe or unlawful conduct, confidentiality breaches or unauthorized recording. Any refund or other remedy following removal will be assessed case by case, subject to these terms and applicable law.
5. Intellectual property and permitted use
RLI and its licensors retain ownership of the Workshop content and materials. Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to access and use them for your own learning.
Do not share login credentials or access links, make unauthorized recordings or screenshots, reproduce or distribute the content, publicly perform it, teach from it, resell it, create derivative products or upload it to artificial-intelligence or model-training systems without written permission.
You may retain materials expressly made downloadable by RLI, subject to these continuing use restrictions. Your partner may watch the live Workshop and replay with you.
6. Replay platform and content availability
RLI may make reasonable corrections and migrate the replay to another platform while preserving the access promised in the Product Schedule. Routine maintenance may cause reasonable interruptions. Any remedy required by law remains available.
RECORDING AND PARTICIPATION
1. Workshop recording
The Workshop will be recorded. If you choose to participate through chat, questions, microphone or video, the recording will capture your name, voice, image, chat messages, questions and contributions as applicable.
2. Voluntary participation
You may watch the Workshop without being recorded as an active participant by keeping your camera and microphone off and not submitting chat messages or questions. Identifiable participation is optional. You may purchase and watch without agreeing to the separate recording consent.
3. Recording permission and uses
If you select the separate recording-consent checkbox, you authorize Relational Life Institute, Inc. and Reset Academy, LLC to record your optional participation and edit, reproduce, display and distribute the recording for Workshop replays, future paid or free training, and marketing or promotional activity. These uses may include their learning platforms, websites, email, social media and advertising and may reach purchasers, future learners and the public worldwide.
Recordings may be edited for length, clarity, format or production needs, provided your contribution is not presented in a materially misleading way. General purchase acceptance and marketing-message consent do not provide this recording permission.
4. Duration and withdrawal
Permission to retain and use your identifiable participation for these purposes is indefinite, subject to your right to withdraw consent prospectively and applicable law.
You may withdraw consent by emailing support@terryreal.com. RLI will coordinate your request with Reset Academy, LLC. Following withdrawal, both organizations will stop new consent-based uses and, where reasonably practicable, remove your identifiable contribution from future digital uses they control. Withdrawal does not undo lawful prior uses and may not allow recall of copies already distributed or completed productions. You will not be charged or penalized for withdrawing consent.
5. Sensitive information and confidentiality
Avoid sharing personal, health or other sensitive information, and do not disclose information that identifies clients or other people. RLI and Reset Academy, LLC may edit or remove contributions to protect privacy, but cannot guarantee that every disclosure will be identified or removed. This recording permission does not override any separate authorization required by law for sensitive information.
6. Recording rights and compensation
RLI and Reset Academy, LLC may exercise rights in the recordings only within the permission you grant and applicable law. No royalty or other compensation is payable for authorized uses unless separately agreed. Recording questions and consent-withdrawal requests should be sent to support@terryreal.com.
DISCLAIMERS, LIABILITY AND DISPUTES
1. Educational nature and outcomes
The Workshop and replay provide general education. They are not individualized medical, mental-health, therapeutic, legal or financial advice and do not establish a therapist-client or other professional relationship. Consult an appropriately qualified professional about your individual circumstances.
RLI does not guarantee any particular relationship, health, personal or professional outcome.
2. Third-party services
Delivery relies on Zoom, learning platforms, payment processors and other service providers. RLI may replace a provider where reasonably necessary while preserving the promised access and any remedy required by law.
3. Disclaimers and liability
Where permitted by law, RLI disclaims implied warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, clients or business opportunities.
Where permitted by law, RLI’s aggregate liability arising from the Workshop will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights and liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury where the law prevents its exclusion or limitation.
4. Business-purchaser indemnity
Where permitted by law, a business purchaser will indemnify RLI against third-party claims arising from its unauthorized commercial use of the Workshop, infringement, unlawful conduct or breach of another person’s confidentiality. This obligation does not apply to individual consumer purchases and does not cover RLI’s own unlawful conduct.
5. Informal dispute resolution
Before commencing arbitration, send a notice describing the dispute and the requested resolution. Notices to RLI must be emailed to support@terryreal.com. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days, without limiting any right that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Governing law and individual arbitration
Massachusetts law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections applicable where you live. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration agreement; Massachusetts arbitration law applies where federal law does not govern and where consistent with it.
Except for eligible individual small-claims actions and claims that cannot legally be arbitrated, you and RLI agree to binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court. Remote participation is available under the applicable rules unless a hearing must take place in person.
Arbitration fees will be allocated under the applicable AAA rules and law. RLI will pay the fees those rules or the law require it to pay. The arbitrator may award any individual remedy available in court, including statutory remedies and attorney’s fees where available.
Where enforceable, claims must be brought individually rather than as class or representative proceedings. This provision does not waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Thirty-day arbitration opt-out
You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@terryreal.com within 30 days after first accepting these terms. Identify your name, purchase email, the Workshop and your request to opt out. An opt-out applies to the arbitration agreement and associated class-action waiver; the remaining terms continue to apply.
8. Events beyond RLI’s reasonable control
Events beyond RLI’s reasonable control may affect delivery, including illness, emergencies, government action, utility failure or platform outages. RLI will communicate any resulting delivery changes. This clause does not remove the cancellation or postponement remedy agreed in the Product Schedule or any remedy required by law.
9. General provisions
The Product Schedule controls over the General Terms for product-specific matters. Any finalized recording provisions control the scope of recording consent. These terms and your checkout order form the agreement for this Workshop purchase.
The version accepted at purchase governs that purchase unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as necessary or severed, leaving the remainder effective. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. RLI may assign this agreement in connection with a merger, reorganization or sale of the relevant business without reducing your rights.
